We believe strongly in keeping projects on track. And that means having a single place to get track of our communications. So login into your Couplehundred client dashboard is a great place to start.
Step 1: Log into your dashboard and click the Purchases tab.
Step 2: Click Messages on the service you want to view details for.
Step 3: A new messaging section will expand below. Type a message and click Send to communicate with your Couplehundred project lead.
* When your project lead sends you a message through Couplehundred, you’ll also receive an email to the address you gave us when you signed up. To respond, you can send a reply to that email in your inbox, or log into your dashboard to send a message from there.
Step 1: Visit the Purchases tab on your dashboard and click Files on the service related to the file you want to share.
Step 2: When the Files section opens on the right, locate the file you want to delete.
Step 3: Click the trash can icon next to the file to delete it.
You can share a file with your marketer within the messaging area on your dashboard.
Step 1: Visit the Purchases tab on your dashboard and click Files on the service related to the file you want to share.
Step 2: You should see a Files section open on the right. Click the blue +Add New button in that section to upload a new file.
Once the file has been uploaded, you should see it appear in the Files section.
If you click on Messages, you should also see a message was automatically sent to our team member, giving them a link to download the file.

Step 2: When the Files section opens on the right, locate the file you want to rename.
Step 3: Click the pencil icon next to the file.
Step 1: Log into your dashboard and visit the Purchase tab.
Step 2: Click Info on the subscription (monthly service) you want to view details for.
Step 3: A new section will expand below, displaying the marketer's name, your payment status, subscription status, and start date for the subscription.
You're awesome! After you make a purchase, the service will be located in your dashboard. The project lead from Couplehundred will be in touch shortly, via our message feature, to let you know they're beginning or to ask any questions before they get started.
You can also feel free to introduce yourself in a message to them, ask any questions, or provide more info about what you need for your project.
After making the purchase, you were prompted to fill out an on-boarding form to provide the worker with the info they need to get started. If you haven’t heard from the Couplehundred project lead yet, please check to make sure you’ve completed and submitted the form on your dashboard.
Once the form is submitted, the marketer will typically get in touch within about 24-48 business hours to get started.
If it’s been more than 24-48 business hours and you still haven’t heard anything, please contact us our support team:click here to email , let us know the name of the service, and we’ll help make sure you get connected with the marketer.
Sometimes a particular piece requires more information than perhaps we even thought to ask. No worries! Please fill out the on-boarding form as detailed as possible, and you can always tell your marketer more. Don't forget, your project lead will be calling anyway once your form is sent in and reviewed. Or you can send them a message any time with additional info, research or information, anything you forgot to mention previously, etc.
The more the project lead understands what you'd like, the better the finished piece will be.
We offer both one-time services and monthly service subscriptions. You can tell which ones are monthly by looking next to the listed price and seeing "/mo". Monthly subscriptions are recurring, based on a 30-day cycle and automatically renew.
The marketer will send you your final project. It's important to make sure you're happy with your deliverables before they mark it complete, so once it's received please send any feedback or edit requests ASAP. You will have three days once your marketer marks the project complete to make requests for any changes.
We guarantee, it is!
However, if you have any concerns that your project isn't being given proper attention, please reach out to your marketer immediately. It'd be great to send them a message asking for a progress update, and to make sure they don't need anything from you at that time.
If you asked for an update, but they didn't get back to you after a few days of sending, please send an email to: customer support and we'll help facilitate.
Our marketers are crazy efficient with their work, but we understand some projects might require a bit more time. If you feel like yours is taking longer than expected, please share your concerns with the project lead (marketer). We will quickly ensure your project is a priority and provide some guidance.
It's always a good idea to be upfront with the marketer about any deadlines you have as soon as you purchase, so they can keep this in mind.
Many of our customers use our services to supplement projects for their own clients! You would purchase the service under your account and work with the marketer to complete the project on behalf of your client.
Present the finished project to your client and voila! We'll keep our lips sealed.
Yes, if you’re subscribed to a service that requires the marketer to have access to your social media account(s), please send log into your dashboard and send a message to the marketer with your new password so they can continue working on your account.
You can leave a review for your subscription after you’ve been subscribed to the service for 30 days.
Step 1: Log into your dashboard and visit the Purchases tab.
Step 2: Click the name of the subscription you want to leave a review for.
Step 3: Click the Leave a Review button to write your review.
If you would like to cancel your subscription service, you can do so via your dashboard.
Step 1: Visit the Purchases tab on your dashboard.
Step 2: Click Info on the service you'd like to cancel.
Step 3: Click the Cancel Subscription button.
*Subscriptions are based on a 30-day renewal, and it's best to cancel it one or two days before you believe it is set to renew for another month. However, you're able to cancel at any time.
If you would like to cancel your subscription service, you can do so via your dashboard.
Step 1: Log into your dashboard and visit the Purchases tab.
Step 2: Click the name of the subscription you want to leave a review for.
Step 3: Click the Leave a Review button to write your review.

That would be unacceptable. The first step if you're not happy with your project is to send feedback and suggested edits to your project lead and they will get it fixed.
If, after speaking with your project lead to make adjustments you're still not fully satisfied, please email: Customer Support here and we'll evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Yep! You can cancel your subscription any time and your project manager and team will continue to work on your project for the rest of your paid month. Feel free to send them a friendly reminder if you'd like to double check that they're still working on it.
Of course. You can resume any of your canceled subscriptions on your dashboard. We're happy to have you back!
Yes, you must have a valid credit card to purchase, all and transactions are in USD. We do not accept Paypal.
Step 1: Visit the Billing tab on your dashboard (log in in the top right of this page)
Step 2: In the Billing History section, click the download icon next to the invoice you want to download. This will download a PDF of the invoice to your device.

Step 4: Locate the password reset email from Couple Hundred in your email inbox and click the link in the email. This opens a page in your browser prompting you to change your password.
Step 5: Enter your new password in the New Password field. Enter the new password again in the New Password Confirmation field.
Step 6: Click the Change My Password button.
Step 1: Visit the Settings tab in your dashboard.
Step 2: Enter your current password in the Current Password field. Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
Step 3: Click Update Settings to save your new password.
